This can change on what you choose for your support plan.  Most plans start at $475 per month flat fee that covers basic support and backups. 

Yes, if it is easier for you to just pay an hourly rate for any break-fix work on the fly.

We keep basic office hours, but we are available after hours for anything you might need.  Just call us at 512-695-6900 for any emergency work.
